- In the life of the state in Indonesia, everyone is free to embrace religion and worship according to their beliefs. Since the majority of Indonesian people adhere to Islam, places of worship such as mosques and prayer rooms are places that are often found in various regions. LTMNU (Nahdlatul Ulama Mosque Takmir Institute) Banyumas Regency is the institution that will manage the data on the mosque and prayer room. In Banyumas Regency, often when we look for information related to mosques and prayer rooms, it is still difficult to get details related to the existing information. There are still many mosques and prayer rooms that already exist that have not been recorded through the system. In addition, a monitoring and evaluation system to conduct assessments, especially for the Takmir of mosques or prayer rooms, is not yet available. From these problems, researchers want to build a website-based system to make it easier to search for information related to mosques and prayer rooms and to make it easier for Takmir to conduct an assessment of managed mosques and prayer rooms. In building the application, the researcher uses a codeigniter framework, the advantages of this framework are that it is easy to integrate and light to use. The method used in developing this system uses the waterfall method, this model takes a systematic and sequential approach. The results of this study have succeeded in making applications to facilitate finding information on mosques and prayer rooms as well as monitoring and evaluating.
