ANALISIS KEPUASAN PENGGUNA PADA WEBSITE SMK TI BINTRA MENGGUNAKAN METODE END USER COMPUTING SATISFACTION (EUCS) (Studi Kasus: SMK TI Bina Citra Informatika Purwokerto)

- smktibintrapwt.sch.id is a web-based application used at SMK TI Bintra Purwokerto which serves to provide information regarding school profiles, teacher and employee profiles, organizational structure, competency skills, and information on new student registration. This study aims to determine user satisfaction on the smktibintrapwt.sch.id website and to identify indicators that need to be improved on the smktibintrapwt.sch.id website. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling, with the number of respondents being 100 and the data is processed using SPSS 20. The results of the analysis of this research are satisfaction. users of the smktibintrapwt.sch.id website using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. Each variable contained in the EUCS has a good representation and users are very satisfied with the smktibintra.sch.id website and the indicators on the smktibintrapwt.sch.id website are quite good and do not need to be improved. The conclusion of this research is that users are very satisfied with the website smktibintrapwt.sch.id seen from the variables of content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeline have a significant influence on user satisfaction.
