In this case the pharmacy Kasih have errors in the calculation of drug stock problems caused by data collection on the drugs performed one by one. The occurrence of negligence in the process of ordering drugs resulting in a drug supply that is too large that takes time in recording data and checking drug data for the purposes of re-examination. There is insufficient data storage so that it can lead to difficulties in finding the data so that the decrease in the level of satisfaction in the consumer it happens because the pharmacist shortage of drug stock. And often the occurrence of errors in the manufacture of drug inventory reports caused by lack of employees in understanding the way of making the report. System development method used is waterfall method (Pressman, 2012) .The method is analysis, design, coding and testing. Conducting needs analysis and feasibility study, system design using Data Flow Diagram (DFD), program implementation using databaseMySQL and using Visual Studio 2012 language, testing in test phase using Black-box testing testing. This app is expected to help in the pharmacy process and for making reports easier.
