  • E-learning has been used by formal educational institutions including Universitas Amikom Purwokerto which has provided an e-learning website, Kuliah Online Amikom Purwokerto (ILIAS). However, the website still has problems such as server down, not understandable interface, unable play videos and the website's reply button does not respond which causes students not to be able to interact with lecturers. Aaim of this research is measure the quality of ILIAS website using a modified WebQual instrument by adding a user interface quality variable to determine the actual perception and ideal expectations of users. Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) used to determine the level of gap and suitability between performance and importance. The result of the research is that there is a gap between the user's actual perception and the user's ideal expectation on the overall performance of the ILIAS website is -0.798. Gap in usability variable is –0.891, information quality variable is –0.649, service interaction quality variable is –0.746 and user interface quality variable is –0.455. There is 3 usability indicator, 2 information quality indicator, 4 service interaction quality indicators on quadrant I. The overall performance of ILIAS in quadrant I, which means it has low performance and must be improved.
