  • The number of complaints about public services has become a PR for the Brebes Regency government. With the limitations of the media for the public to report complaints, there are still many public services in Brebes Regency that have not been handled properly. Along with the development of the times, technological advances are used by the Brebes Regency government to overcome public service problems. Website-based applications are implemented to make it easier for the public to reach public services. The application of the Blakasuta website is very vital for improving public services in Brebes district, therefore an analysis of the influence of quality on the implementation of the Blakasuta website will be carried out. The purpose of this study is to analyze the quality of the blkasuta website using Webqual 4.0 method with usability, information quality, service interaction variables and their effect on user satisfaction either partially or simultaneously. The method used to analyze the quality of the website is the WebQual 4.0 method. The results obtained in this study partially usability has no significant effect on user satisfaction. Information quality partially has no significant effect on user satisfaction. Then partially service interaction which has a significant effect on user satisfaction. Simultaneously usability, information quality, service interaction variables have a significant effect on user satisfaction.
