- Information providers on the internet, one of which is a website. One type of website is a news portal (online media), Indonesia is experiencing an increase in media companies that use the internet by providing news websites. This increase occurs because print media has limitations. One media company that uses the website in overcoming the limitations of print media is Radar Banyumas. The quality of the website has an influence on the decisions of users visiting a website. The higher the quality of a website, the more users will access the website. Therefore, Radar Banyumas feels the need to know the quality of the website and the factors that affect the quality of the website. This study aims to measure the quality of the Radar Banyumas website and provide recommendations on factors that affect the quality of the website. This study uses the WebQual 4.0 method that focuses on three areas of usability, information quality, and service interaction based on user / community perceptions. and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) to place which variables already have good quality and which variables need to be improved. This research instrument uses a questionnaire. The population of this study is internet users in Indonesia, who have online news reading experience with purposive sampling techniques. The results showed that 85.01% of the website services to respondents had been fulfilled and still had a gap of 14.99% and the results of the IPA Cartesian diagram showed that IQ14 and IQ15 variables were in indicators that needed to be prioritized for improvement.
