- The Nusawungu II Health Center is a health agency that operates in the Nusawungu District area to accommodate patients from surrounding villages, such as residents of Nusawangkal, Banjarsari, Banjareja, Karang Sembung, Purwodadi and other nearby villages. In serving public health, especially in the field of Local Area Surveillance for Maternal and Child Health or abbreviated as PWS KIA at Puskesmas II Nusawungu, it is still manual using Microsoft Excel. This sometimes creates a problem among the working staff, especially the Coordinator Midwife Staff.
