- The application of the Population Administration Information System aims to improve the quality of public services in the field of population administration in the District of West Purwokerto. The problems that are in the District Office are: Lack of development in the telecommunications network that causes the SIAK network to experience frequent disruptions, still found a dual Identity Card, this is evidenced by the automated system unable to process the applicant's KTP data, for the creation of population documents such as KTP requires a long process which is proven by the limited form. The method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The concept of this research is to use the DeLone and McLean theory which consists of 6 indicators: system quality, information quality, service quality, users, user satisfaction and net benefits. The result of this research is that the information system is good enough and successful (at 0.790) the highest value is the quality of the system, this explains that users of the system have been carried out as daily activities to help facilitate the operational process. The lowest value is the quality of service (0.468), this explains that the quality of service is perceived to be not too good so it needs improvement.
