One local government agency that serves as an E-KTP service is the North Cilacap Sub-District Office. Problems that often occur, photo is not appear in SUKET (Certificate of E-KTP). The purpose of this study is to conduct an evaluation to find out how the acceptance of E-KTP card system in North Cilacap District. The method used to evaluate system acceptance is the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Collisions that will be used there are 3 namely Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and acceptance of system. The results showed only Perceived Usefulness variables that affect the Acceptance of System E-KTP.
