- PT. Dahlia Dewantara Purwokerto is a company engaged in the distribution of cooking utensils with modern technology, where this company introduces cooking utensils to private offices, several government agencies and also the wider community who are consumers. In these companies there are threats such as data leakage due to illegal access. Currently PT. Dahlia Dewantara has never done a security analysis, so the author conducted a study that discussed the analysis of information system security at PT. Dahlia Dewantara Purwokerto. This study uses Method OCTAVE-S and produces a stoplight yellow status, namely the risks that occur have an impact on Collaborative Security Management, Physical Access Control, Authorization and Authority and Incident Management and other areas with green status which can be said to be good.
