- One of the national problems faced by the Indonesian people today is the handling of the low quality of human resources. A large number of human resources, if they can be utilized effectively and efficiently, will be useful to support the pace of sustainable national development. The abundance of human resources that exist today requires thinking carefully, namely how to utilize human resources optimally. In order for the community to have reliable human resources, quality education is needed, the provision of various social facilities, and adequate employment opportunities. Weaknessesin the provision of these facilities will cause social unrest which will have an impact on community security. Currently, the ability of human resources is still low, both in terms of their intellectual abilities and technical skills.
