- Abstrak—Penelitian ini membuat rancang bangun sebuah sistem penerima televisidigital DVB T (Digital Video Broadcasting Terrestrial) berbasis SDR (Software Define Radio) menggunakan RTL-SDR USB Receiver RTL2832U+R820T2. Rancang bangundiawali dengan melakukan instalasi dual boot OS Linux Ubuntu 18.04 LTS dan GNUradio companion. Selanjutnya dilakukan pembuatan flowgraph penerima televisi digitalDVB-T. Flowgraph DVB-T disusun atas RTL SDR Source, Low Pass Filter, QAMDemod, WX GUI FFT Sink. Ada dua tahap uji performansi meliputi daya terima danfrekuensi standar televisi digital. Kesimpulan yang didapat dalam pengujian ini adalahrancang bangun ini dapat diaplikasikan menggunakan sistem operasi Linux Ubuntu18.04. Hasil yang didapat dari pengujian daya terima adalah 18 kanal. Nilai tengah darisensitivitas penerimaan daya sebesar -43,5816 dB untuk keluaran yang belum melaluiproses demodulasi. Untuk keluaran yang telah melalui proses Demodulasi dengan nilaitengah dari sensitivitas penerimaan daya sebesar -16,8981 dB.Kata Kunci – DVB-T, GNU Radio Companion, RTL SDR.Abstract—This research makes the design of a digital television receiver system DVB T(Digital Video Broadcasting Terrestrial) based on SDR (Software Define Radio) usingthe RTL-SDR USB Receiver RTL2832U + R820T2. The design begins with a dual bootinstallation of Linux OS Ubuntu 18.04 LTS and GNU radio companion. Furthermore, themaking of flowgraph digital television receiver DVB-T is carried out. Flowgraph DVB-Tis composed of RTL SDR Source, Low Pass Filter, QAM Demod, WX GUI FFT Sink.There are two stages of the performance test including the reception and frequency ofdigital television standards. The conclusion obtained in this test is that this design can beapplied using the Linux Ubuntu 18.04 operating system. The results obtained from theacceptance test are 18 channels. The mean value of power received sensitivity is -43.5816dB for output that has not been through the demodulation process. For output that hasbeen through the demodulation process with the mean value of the power receivedsensitivity of -16.8981 dB.Keywords -- DVB-T, GNU Radio Companion, RTL SDR
