  • Education in schools is inseparable from the learning process and interaction between students and teachers. Teachers are required to be able to create conducive learning situations. This study aims to determine how much influence the application of cooperative learning model type picture and picture on students' conceptual understanding of food digestive system material. Tests were carried out using the SPSS version 16.0 program. After the implementation of the research, the results of the posttest in the experimental class showed that the average posttest value was 90.47, while the posttest average in the control class was 88.80. The average experimental class is higher than the experimental class 2 (90.47> 88.80). This shows that the experimental class has better mastery of material than the control class. Based on the posttest data shows that the average experimental class is higher than the control class. This shows that the experimental class input is better than the control class.
