  • This thesis discusses the problem of achievement motivation in blind students. This research uses a theory put forward by Mc.Clelland. the number of subjects in this study were 5 people. this type of research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection method used is the method of interview, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that things that motivate subjects to achieve because the subject wants to be an independent person, does not want to be demeaned by people with limitations, the subject wants to show that limitations are not a barrier for him to achieve, although with limitations, he can achieve, achieve what desired. The subject also received support from parents, family, teachers, friends who were in SLB to always excel.
