- There has been developed a model of future primary school teacher’s vocational training on the grounds of comparative ethnic pedagogics, which is made up of a complex of sub-models. The conceptual sub-model reflects the goal of comparative ethnic pedagogical preparation, the main methodological approaches to the future primary school teachers training on the basis of comparative ethnic pedagogy, the patterns of their willingness to professional activity in the conditions of the ethno-cultural diversity of modern society and the principles based on the revealed laws. The structural and functional sub-model establishes the functional interrelations of the elements of the process of future primary school teachers vocational training on the basis of comparative ethnic pedagogical (educational process, research and extracurricular work of students, their practical training), determines the influence of each of them on the formation of the components of the future teachers readiness to professional activity in the conditions of modern society ethno-cultural diversity. The organizational sub-model determines the contribution of each of the elements of the process of training future teachers of primary school on the basis of comparative ethnic pedagogy (educational process, research and extra-curricular work of students, their practical training) in forming the components of the readiness of a future teacher for professional activity in the terms of ethnic-cultural diversity of the modern society at each of the stages of this process – propaedeutic, theoretical, theoretical and practical training and creative self-realization. Organizational-content sub-model outlines the possibilities of different disciplines of the curriculum for the primary education bachelor’s preparation in relation to the formation of the studied readiness components.
