- Представлены результаты сравнительного анализа и оценки риска для здоровья населения, обусловленного потреблением контаминированных мышьяком продуктов питания, реализуемых на территории Приморского края, за период 2011–2016 гг. На основании полученных данных о среднесуточных дозах поступления мышьяка в организм при потреблении основных продуктов питания были определены риски для здоровья населения. Проведена Оценка хронической экспозиции и риска развития неканцерогенных эффектов при действии мышьяка, потребляемого с пищевыми продуктами. Установлено, что для населения Приморского края существует потенциальный риск здоровью от загрязнения продуктов питания мышьяком, как местных, так и импортных. По величине коэффициента опасности мышьяк – наиболее приоритетный загрязнитель пищевых продуктов, потребляемых населением Приморского края. Риск здоровью, в основном, обусловлен контаминацией рыбы, нерыбных объектов промысла, плодоовощной продукции, молока и молочных продуктов. Presents the results of a comparative analysis and assessment of the public health risk caused by the consumption of food contaminated with arsenic realized in Primorye territory during the period 2011–2016. On the basis of the obtained data about the average-daily doses of the entering of arsenic into the organism during the consumption of the basic products of nourishment were determined the risks for the health of population. Assessment of chronic exposure and risk of development of non-carcinogenic effects in the action of arsenic consumed with food products is carried out in accordance with Guideline 2.1.10.1920-04. It is established that for the population of Primorye territory there is a potential risk to health from contamination of food products with arsenic, both local and imported. By the value of the hazard factor arsenic is the most priority pollutant of food products consumed by the population of Primorye territory. The health risk is mainly caused by contamination of fish, non-fish fisheries, fruits and vegetables, milk and dairy products.
