- The book “Ondo State Non-Governmental Organizations: Activities Up-date” is the first edition of its kind. Its aim is encapsulated in the vision, mission and goals, to provide succour to the needy and the less privileged, in the state. The authors of the book have realized that for too long, government and governmental agencies have dominated the scope of human activities in the country. This is in spite of the fact that much as public administration deals with the science of getting things done in the most efficient ways in the public domain; Non-Governmental Organizations have of recent proved more or less effective, in comparative terms to government bureaucracy.
