- Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is becoming a progressively more important event of companies internationally and domestically. The companies have increasingly recognized the benefits of spending on CSR activities in their various plant locations. CSR activities are now being carried out across the globe. In this paper the researcher has made an attempt to understand the CSR in enriching with particular reference to two emerging companies viz. (a) Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd; and (b) Caim India Ltd in India.
