- O artigo busca evidenciar que a dignidade humana, trás o despertar da vontade de ser defendida, por causa da sua importância na atual situação histórica onde direitos fundamentais estão sendo debatidos e reivindicados pelo povo. Por meio deste princípio que obtém lugar de grande evidência, é que se almeja revelar a importância do não retrocesso dos direitos e garantias já conquistadas. O principio é elemento de intensa importância jurídica. O artigo foi elaborado utilizando-se a metodologia de pesquisa do tipo histórica e a opção metodológica do estudo reside no uso do método analítico.
- The article seeks to show that human dignity brings about the awakening of the will to be defended, because of its importance in the current historical situation where fundamental rights are being debated and claimed by the people. It is through this principle that has a place of great evidence that the aim is to reveal the importance of the non-setback of the rights and guarantees already achieved. The principle is an element of intense legal importance. The article was prepared using the historical research methodology and the methodological option of the study lies in the use of the analytical method.
