- The content of the social essence of man. It has been said that the main difference between man and other creatures is his social nature. At the heart of social essence lies the creative power of man. Mankind uses the natural properties of the earth and the elements beneath it, such as soil, water, rocks, flora and fauna, and minerals, to transform them into the material and spiritual things necessary for the process of his life. Examples include the creation of spiritual treasures, from housing and various structures, to production machinery and equipment, vehicles, foodstuffs, and literature and the arts.
