- Presentation given at The International's Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine (ISMRM), London, 2022. Presents a summary of European and North American funder policies relating to reproducible and open research, highlighting the primacy of interest in open data and return on investment. I suggest we are currently in a transition period where researchers have to fit into both the "old" and "new" systems, and propose that we will find a way forward by investing in new job roles, infrastructure and a focus on team science.
