- Several hydroxy and amino-quinolines have been condensed with diethylaminoethyl chloride hydrochloride, \(\beta\) bromoethylamine hydrobromide., piperidinoethyl chloride hydrochloride, morpholinoethyl chloride and chloroacetyl chloride, followed by condensation with diethylamine. The hydrochlorides of these compounds have been tested for their antispasmodic and antihistaminie properties.
