- Modern vectors of reform of the prosecutor's office, formed as a result of the penetration of European integration trends in the scientific space and their consolidation as a fulcrum of the formation of state reform policy have led to natural consequences. Based on the existing scientific developments, scientific and methodological base and normative and legal materials, we can say that the current stage of public relations is characterized by the transition to the European integration paradigm. This is a new process for Ukraine, but it has already been passed by a number of European Union member states that once belonged to the "socialist camp" - Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania. Modern socio-political processes are somewhat similar to those that took place after the collapse of the Soviet Union. From a methodological point of view, the reform of the prosecutor's office must meet the requirements of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, the Council of the European Union, the European Parliament, the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe and the European Commission for Democracy through Law. The conclusions of the Council of the European Union, the resolutions of the European Parliament, the resolutions and recommendations of the Parliamentary Assembly, the recommendations of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe, the conclusions of the Venice Commission set the methodological vector for reforming the prosecutor's office. The hard work of European colleagues provides every reason for further progress in reforming the prosecutor's office. The great experience of European countries and European specialists is exactly what Ukraine would lack in the event of an attempt to reform the prosecutor's office on its own. Based on this experience, the necessary reforms are possible in a much shorter time, which should be supported by political will, as well as enhanced cooperation between academia, the legislature, the judiciary and the executive.
