- The equilibrium constants for the complexes Fe3++HSal- \(\rightleftharpoons\) FeSal++H+ and Fe3++HSulphosal \(\rightleftharpoons\) FeSulphosal+H+ in dioxane water mixtures containing 20%, 45%, 70% and 82% dioxane by weight and other thermodynamic parameters m 70% and 82% by weight of dioxane, have been determined. Attempt has been made to explain the role of solvent on equilibrium processes.
