The research results indicate that visionary leadership, learning organization, creativity, and innovative work significantly affect lecturers’ performance. Besides, innovative behavior also indirectly mediates the effect of visionary leadership, learning organization, and creativity on lecturers’ performance. Thus, a new model regarding the effect of visionary leadership, learning organization, and creativity on lecturers’ performance, mediated by innovative work, was confirmed.
