- Department of Chemistry, Holkar Science College, Indore Manuscript received 14 July 1975; revised 7 November 1975; accepted 6 December 1975 Complexes of Cu(ll), Ni(ll) and Co(II) with Sulphamethazine sallcylaldimine (SUMTSA) have been prepared and characterised by elemental analysis. The absorption maxima were recorded. Infrared and magnetic susceptibility have been reported. They are found to be active against E. coll.
