- The purpose of writing this best practice is to face online learning in the event of a covid-19 pandemic. One of the efforts was to provide training to the teachers at SDN Sojopuro in making a learning video that would be accessible to every student at SDN Sojopuro from their homes. The series of activities in the training process at SDN Sojopuro is conducted through three (3) main stages, namely stage 1 (discussion), stage 2 (tutorial), and stage 3 (observation and evaluation). The training program was carried out smoothly and received a very good appreciation from the participants, namely the teachers of SDN Sojopuro. This is evidenced by the active and enthusiastic role of the teachers of SDN Sojopuro in making and completing learning videos. Through understanding in video learning and online media selection, interesting learning can be designed that can help the learning process as long as students’ study from home in the era of the covid-19 pandemic. This shows that the training can be a forum in developing teachers' ability to make good learning videos so that it has an impact on improving the quality of learning as long as students carry out learning from home.
