- Genus Euplexaura Verrill, 1869 Remarks. According to Grasshoff (1999: 35) species of Euplexaura are distinguished only by differences in the size of the sclerites in combination with different growth forms. The below findings suggest that the shape of the interior sclerites could be another useful character to discriminate between species in this genus.
