Dorsal shield with 336 (333–338) long, 208 (200–215) wide at level of s 4; j 1 25 (20–30), j 3 37 (35– 38), j 4 7, j 5 7, j 6 7, J 2 7, J 5 7, z 2 7, z 4 7, z 5 7, Z 1 7, Z 4 8, Z 5 68 (65–70), s 4 42 (40–43), S 2 8, S 4 8, S 5 8, r 3 13, R 1 6. Venter. Distances between St 1 –St 3 63, St 2 –St 2 68 (65–70), St 5 –St 5 68 (65–70). Ventrianal shield with 106 (103–108) long, 59 (55–63) wide at level of ZV 2 and 68 (65–70) wide at level of anus. Chelicera. Fixed digit 34 (33–35) long and movable digit 31 (30–31) long. Legs. Sge I 38, Sge II 32 (30–33); Sge III 37 (35–38) and Sti III 29 (28–30); Sge IV 59 (58–60), Sti IV 41 (39– 43) and St IV 77 (75–78). Previous records in Rio Grande do Sul. Roca Sales (Eichelberger et al., 2011). Comments. Setae S 2, S 4, S 5 and R 1 were 40 % shorter; setae Z5, 35% longer, and St IV 20 % shorter than in the original description (Moraes et al., 1994). This species has been reported on weeds Pterocaulon virgatum (L.) in peach orchards in Rio Grande do Sul state, Brazil (Eichelberger et al., 2011).
