Several oxadiazolyl sulphides and disulphides also exhibit biological activity3. In view of these observations the title compounds, viz. the sulphides, disulphides, benzidine and piperazine derivatives and Mannich bases of substituted-1,3,4- oxadiazoi-2-thiones have been prepared to evaluate their biological activities against two fungi, viz. Aspergillus niger and Helminthosporium oryzαe.
