- Eupithecia nephelata Staudinger, 1897 Eupithecia nephelata Staudinger, 1897, Deutsche Entomologische Zeitung, Iris 9 (2): 282. Syntypes, 1 ♂, 1 ♀ (coll. O. Staudinger in MNHU, examined), [Mongolia]: Uliassutai, Tumartin-Gol. This Central Asian species was described by Staudinger from Mongolia. The male and female genitalia were described and illustrated by de Laever (1956) and Viidalepp (1975). Mongolia (aimags): Bayan-Khongor, Bayan- Ulgii, Govi-Altai, Khovd, Umnugovi, Uvurkhangai, Zavkhan.
