Different methods are suggested for its determination1. The official recommended methods2 use titrations with alkali in hot aqueous or alcoholic solutions. No work has been reported for the determination of saccharin in nonaqueous solvents, hence, this study was undertaken. The 'paper describes conductometric and enthalpimetric titrations methods of estimation of saccharin in acetone medium using two different titrants. Optimum conditions. for its determination are standardised.
