- Taeniothrips mischocarpi (Zimmermann) comb.rev. Physopus mischocarpi Zimmermann, 1900: 8. This species, described from Java, is known only from the original description that referred to both sexes. Bhatti (1978) indicated the possibility that mischocarpi may be the same species as lagoenifer.
