(ISNB). = Aruanoidea incerta Carl, 1913: 54 [Synonymised by Günther, 1935: 140] = Aruanoidea maculata Chen & He, 2000: 396, fig. 2 [Synonymised by Ho, 2013h: 26] Distribution. Hainan (Diaoluoshan), Guangxi and Guangdong, China and Vietnam (Type locality). Notes. This is a new record for the species in Hainan.
