- 219. Acleros ploetzi Mabille, 1890 WL: 15mm. A. ploetzi is widely distributed in forest biotopes but is also present in secondary vegetation. It is known from Senegal to Angola, western Kenya, Tanzania, Malawi, Zambia and Mozambique. The caterpillars are known to feed on Vigna unguiculata (Fabaceae). Studied material. Cacheu: Caió, 1 specimen (JB). Previous references. Regions: Bolama, Quinara.
