  • The subject of the research is the scientific substantiation of the theoretical, methodological and applied foundations of ensuring the management of organizations in the modern system of construction development based on the formation of dynamic competitive advantages in the context of transformation of the business environment when updating analytical tools for transforming the operating systems of construction enterprises on the platform of indicators of BIM technologies in the context of their specific features. activities as a stakeholder of construction investment projects. The aim of the study is to develop scientific and methodological approaches and practical recommendations for the formation of economic and managerial foundations for the transformation of operational management systems and their interpretation to the specifics of the operational activities of construction enterprises in the context of the digitalization of the economy. Research methods. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is the modern provisions of economic theory, scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists and economists on the problems of strategic management of enterprise development. To achieve the set goals and solve problems, the methods and techniques of scientific thinking were used in the work: inductive and deductive – to determine the essence and content of the concept of the strategic potential of an enterprise, highlight its components; analysis of the conceptual foundations of development and synthesis for the systematization of tools for the formation and development of management technologies; morphological analysis for structuring the subject area of research; web analysis methods Results of work. This study focuses on the problem of digital transformation in the construction industry. An original scheme of a systematic approach to digital modeling of a construction enterprise project is proposed. The concept of introducing a life cycle management system for construction objects using BIM in the directions of projects for reorganizing a construction company is proposed. The basic structure of the BIM platform is described, which is determined by the subject–process essence and multiplicative–factor relationships between the main diagnostic business indicators of the transformation of the operating systems of stakeholder enterprises in the environment of construction projects. Scope of the results. Methodological developments are the improvement of existing management methodologies, project management, the formation of information and analytical space and the development of the theory of stakeholders. Conclusions. A general methodological and analytical approach to the problem of digital transformation in the construction industry has been developed and substantiated. An original scheme of a systematic approach to digital modeling of a construction enterprise project is proposed. The integration of building information modeling (BIM) for digital modeling into design activities is analyzed in detail. The concept of introducing a life cycle management system for construction objects using BIM in the directions of projects for reorganizing a construction company is proposed.
