- In article are analyzed from the point of view of methodology social philosophy of education global social transformations and related educational reform, which is designed to perform a certain homogenization of systems of social education and education management on the example of problematic trends in education in the United States. Is the study and systematic analysis of neo-liberal reforms at the level of society in General and education in particular. The overall pattern of industrial commodity-market society is the intensive capitalization of those areas of social life, or forms of human activity, provide for actual profit. From this point of view, the growth of investment in education is very significant. It shows the really growing influence of education on social production, i.e. its transformation into an economic factor. Industrial market structure basically take a greater part in vocational training, preparing the workforce in highly technical terms, using education to play a partial employee. It's not that neoliberal economic policies lead to social injustice and to educational and cultural issues. These claims are just unfounded, as neoliberalism does not promise social justice, he promises only to accelerate economic growth.
