Daftar Isi:
- Willichia repens Linnaeus, Mantissa Plantarum Altera: 558. 1771. "Habitat in Mexico." RCN: 276. Lectotype (Hedberg in Bot. Not. 108: 175. 1955): Mútis 62 , Herb. Linn. No. 475.4 (LINN). Generitype of Willichia Linnaeus. Current name: Sibthorpia repens (L.) Kuntze (Scrophulariaceae). Note: Although there are some doubts as to whether the Mútis specimen was in Linnaeus’ possession by 1771, there are no other original elements for the name. If this collection proves to be a post-1771 addition to the herbarium, it should be treated as a neotype (designated by Hedberg) in accordance with Art. 9.8. In any event, Hedberg’s choice has priority over that of Hampshire (in Jarvis & al., Regnum Veg. 127: 99. 1993) who proposed a different neotype (Stafford & al. 361, BM) from Mexico.
