- В статье рассмотрены сущность и роль внешней задолженности в финансовой системе развитых стран, выявлены основные тенденции динамики внешней задолженности среди рассматриваемых стран и составлен рейтинг стран по объему внешней задолженности по отношению к их ВВП. В системе мировых экономических отношений в 2014–2015 г. г. наблюдается стойкая тенденция к росту долговых обязательств развитых стран. Авторами было выявлено, что на современном этапе развития экономики заемные ресурсы играют существенную роль в финансовой системе развитых стран, а также в заключении дан вывод, что рациональности использования заемных средств зависит ее влияние на экономическую систему и развитие национальной экономики страны. The article describes the role of external debt in the financial system of developed countries; there are the main trends of the external debt dynamics noticed among the analyzed countries and it is performed the rate of countries according to the value of external debt in a relation to their GDP. In system of the world economic relations in 2014–2015 the resistant tendency to growth of debt obligations of developed countries is observed. By authors it was revealed that at the present stage of development of economy loan resources play an essential role in a financial system of developed countries, and also in the conclusion a conclusion is given that rationality of use of borrowed funds its influence on economic system and development of national economy of the country depends.
