Synthesis of novel extractant and its application in extraction and separation studies of palladium(II) in hydrochloric acid medium

The extraction was fast with short shaking time (30 s). The results obtained showed that the average recovery of palladium(ll) from an aquNms solution containing μg/ml of analyte was 99% with a relative standard deviation of 0.95. The method is applicable to the analysis of synthetic mixtures. It is highly selective, simple and rapid.
