- The results of the study reveal that the performance of elearners on Communicative English is excelling. Pretest, Posttest Equivalent Groups Design was adopted to be the most appropriate method of research in testing the spelt out hypotheses. It is concluded that the web-based learning strategies are effective in realizing the instructional objectives.
