Best fit chemical models representing the metal complexes with different compositions were obtained using MINIQUAD75 computer program. Mono nuclear species of the type MLH2 , MLH, ML and ML2 were found to exist in solution for all the three metals. The species distribution diagrams for three metals were generated using HYSS program. The results show that the type and percentage form of the complexes formed have a strong dependence on pH and the overall stability constants are greater for GaIII compared to AlIII and InIII .
