The research aims to elaborate and describe the new paradigm in learning health law using conceptual and statutory approaches. This research is qualitative research using secondary data. Analysis was conducted through content analysis of the relevant available data. The discussion showed that to have full knowledge of health law, all aspects of health law must be well understood. It must be viewed from all aspects of laws. The research recommends that the study and learning of health law must be conducted in several major subjects that should be related to the others.
