- Deformities of the nasal septum are among the most common diseases of the ENT organs. Surgical correction of the nasal septum is one of the most common operations in otorhinolaryngology (1). Disorder of the respiratory function of the nose adversely affects the functional state of the cardiovascular system, contributes to the emergence of a whole complex of neurological disorders, leads to a temporary and sometimes permanent disability of the patient (2).
