Thus this , enthuse us to demonstrate the possibility of using chemotherapeutic agents negative out comes for treating an autoimmune hair loss . Objectives : The incredible information’s we’ve read in a popular journals and all the scientific data that has come out ; of that have led us to the idea of this research. Furtherly this research is to demystify the concept of hair follicles regeneration at the same time our purpose here is to introduce you the particular modality that has most captured our attention :Hair Texture Changes and Regeneration after Chemotherapy that could be the turning point of alopecia treatment in the upcoming decade. Of course we are going to mention the available treatments of AA but we wont question the efficacy of the various drugs . Method : We use a review study hoping to meet up with our thoughts regarding the mechanism of hair follicles regeneration post chemotherapy as we are firmly believe that we could benefit from chemotherapy side effects . Moreover , what encourage us is the story of minoxidil transformation from anti-hypertensive agent to hair loss drug by understanding and valuing the negative feedback . in 1886 minoxidil were a friable pills to treat high blood pressure , by the time in late 1960s they found the secret wrap under this drug and they caught up the miracles of baldness cure . Conclusion : So we can assume that by acknowledging the negative feedback of chemotherapeutic agents we could have a positive out come in treating a various type of alopecia non (CIA) with modified topical course of chemotherapy (off label) to target the hair follicles regeneration . As word got out , that minoxidil caused hypertrichosis we deduced that we can pull out the secrecy chemotherapeutic agents and we have a hope in the future on the capability of treating hair loss .
