- Adipogenesis assay: This CellProfiler pipeline is designed to analyze NucBlue and NileRed staining imaged at x10 magnification to generate the assay measurements described in Völker et al. 2021. Nuclear count: This Cell Profiler pipeline is designed to count nuclei stained with NucBlue imaged at 4x magnification.
