By analyzing the previous idea of vacuums author present another idea consisting of matter- antimatter pair as a new form of a vacuum. The new form has an high energy level and thus it is less likable and more rare form of a vacuum as it is in contradiction to assumption that nature would aspire the lowest energy state.
