  • Erythrolamprus aesculapii (Linnaeus, 1758) Records. Table 2. The False Coral Snake was identified by its size (TL = 89.5 cm ± 6.4; n = 2) and color pattern of alternating red, black, and white rings. The arrangement of these rings showed a pair of black bands with a medial white band, the head was black with a white band posterior to the eyes, and the dorsal color patterns extended onto the belly (Fig. 9). We used collected specimens to help with identifications (e.g. ZUFMS-REP01385, REP01569, REP01629, REP01899).
