Material examined — Sfax: Karkennah: Sidi Yousef (34°39’30.27"N, 10°59’42.70"E), March 2010, 3 ♀♀ and 1 ♂; May 2011, 5 ♀♀; Sidi Bouzid, Regueb (34°50’26.08"N, 9°47’49.20"E), May 2009, 4 ♀♀. Note — This species has been reported on a wide range of plants, essentially on herbaceous plants. It is reared and sold by several bio-factories in the world (Tixier et al. 2013). It is a very efficient natural enemy of T. urticae especially in greenhouses (Van Lenteren and Woets 1988).
