(1985) listed this Holarctic species (as C. niger) from 26 Florida counties including Wakulla Co. We provide additional records from Wakulla Co. and the first record from Bay Co. New records. Bay Co., Callaway, Plantation Drive, 25-March-2002, C. F. Hallmon, 1 female (WLGC). Wakulla Co., Wakulla Springs St. Pk., swamp on Lodge Rd., 25-26-V-2004, S. Murphree, CDC LT, 2 males (WLGC).
